It is just as hot here, as it is back in my hometown in Texas. My brother and I would spend summers there as kids, and I remember narrowly escaping the Texas heat in our grandparent’s air conditioned house. We’re finally home after spending the day in airports and grounded planes. I’m exhausted in the best way. I spent the last two days eating the most amazing food I’ve ever tasted, seeing a beautiful city, and just being in a great place with the greatest person. I may just be set on living here once our daughter is born.
